Full contents of the subscribed page at the current generation.

TargetsUpdateKind.DELTA​

Subset of keys in the page that changed since the previous frame.

TargetsUpdateKind.INVALIDATE​

Generation bump signal. Clients MUST drop local page state and wait for the follow-up SNAPSHOT. targets and removedKeys are empty on INVALIDATE frames.
