assistantMandateKeyCheck

The exchange-key check a grant of entries in organization ownerID would run. Needs org__mandate__grant, and checks the entries like the grant, so it never probes a bot the caller could not grant over. It probes the exchange, so the form calls it when the user reviews the grant, not on every keystroke.

The exchange-key check a grant runs (T-P3-MD-14), for the grant form to show before the user confirms: the exchange key of every live bot the entries reach is probed. A key that can withdraw, or cannot be checked, refuses the grant.
