exportAssistantMandateAudit

Export every event of one Mandate in organization ownerID (the caller's active organization), with every actor field (T-P3-MD-13, I-13): its lifecycle, every action and denial under it, every change it made and every change its limits admitted. The grantor exports their own; an org__mandate__manage holder may export any member's, and that export is audited (mandate_audit_exported). Anyone else gets NOT_FOUND. Behind ai.mandates_l3.
