Returns true if the 7-day free trial requires a credit card to start. When false, trials are created without collecting a payment method (Stripe's payment_method_collection=if_required) and the subscription is canceled at trial end if the customer never adds a card. Controlled at the deployment level by VOLATICLOUD_TRIAL_REQUIRE_PAYMENT_METHOD.
