publicMissionReport

Resolve a share slug to a Mission report (T-P4-MK-05). ANONYMOUS, isolated like the other public reads. Read-only text with balances, exchange key names and key material redacted. Returns null for any unknown, revoked, EXPIRED or non-mission link (uniform not-found; no oracle).
