Creates or changes a resource. Revertible through a manual path.

AssistantToolRisk.SPEND​

Starts a job that uses credits.

AssistantToolRisk.LIVE​

Touches real money: a live bot or an exchange.

AssistantToolRisk.DESTRUCTIVE​

Deletes or irreversibly stops something.
