ChatApprovalStatus

How an approval card ended.

APPLIED_INCOMPLETE is #2708: the mutation took effect and the approval then failed. It is neither a success nor a non-event, and the card must never invite another attempt for it — a second attempt is a duplicate.

SUPERSEDED is #2738, and it is the one value where nobody approved anything: a later preview in the same conversation replaced this card, so it can no longer be approved and nothing was created. It is on this enum rather than a new one because it is the same card reaching an end state, written by the same mechanism — a new message, never a patch of the one that announced it.
