Nothing requested would alter the strategy.

A code-mode strategy: its Python is hand-written and cannot be assembled.

StrategyChangeStatus.STOPLOSS_OUT_OF_RANGE​

The stop offered is not between 0 and -100%.

The inherited description names a value this change moves: send a corrected description.
