ChatTurnOutcome

Everything about a turn that is neither its text nor its audit trail.

NULL on a turn nobody measured — including every row written before this field existed, which is deliberately not backfilled. Absence is the signal: rendering a reassuring "nothing changed" for a turn we did not measure would be the original lie with a new author.
