MarketDataLakePageInfo

Keyset page info for MarketDataLake.datasets, in the shape of the Relay PageInfo the ENT connections use (ADR-0066), like RunnerPairsPageInfo. Pagination is forward-only, so hasPreviousPage is always false. startCursor and endCursor are the first and last edge's cursors; null on an empty page.
