evaluateStrategyVersion

Judge a completed backtest of a strategy version against the most recent completed backtest of its previous version over the same window with the same settings, and record the verdict. Refused when there is no comparable previous run.

Type​

StrategyVerdict object​

A recorded verdict: a version's out-of-sample backtest judged against the most recent comparable backtest of its previous version, deflated by every trial in the strategy lineage's ledger. Never edited; a re-evaluation appends a new one.
