proposeStrategyCodeChange

Propose an edit to the latest version of a code-mode strategy: the new Python is checked by the code analyzer (syntax, error-level lint, and no new position-sizing override) and returned as a diff. Changes nothing; send the returned input to updateStrategy to save it as a new version.
