Rate an assistant answer in a conversation the caller can read, optionally reporting it. The row links to the turn's agent_run for the staff inspector.

AssistantAnswerFeedback object

One person's rating of one assistant answer. Rating again replaces it. A report is sticky: rating again without report does not withdraw it.
