runHyperopt
Run hyperparameter optimization on a strategy. Requires 'run-backtest' scope on the Strategy resource. The assistant reaches it only through preview_hyperopt: a card with the cost that the user approves (T-P2-HO-03). No Mission step may run it (mission NONE) until T-P2-HO-01's prerequisites are met. Requires 'hyperopt' feature (Pro and Enterprise plans only).
